NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 50 No. 181, September 16, 2024 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Notice of Change did not include the revision date for the incorporated material in Rules 5M-9.002 and 5M-9,004. The relevant language from both Rules is corrected as provided below:
5M-9.002 Approved Best Management Practices.
Statewide best management practices (BMPs) for sod growing operations are in the manual titled Florida Sod Operations, 2024 Edition: Water Quality and Water Quantity Best Management Practices (FDACS-P-01330, rev. 10/2024), hereby adopted and incorporated by reference.
5M-9.004 Notice of Intent to Implement Best Management Practices.
(1) A Landowner or Producer enrolled under Florida Sod Operations, 2024 Edition: Water Quality and Water Quantity Best Management Practices (FDACS-P 01330, rev. 10/2024), is also subject to the requirements of chapter 5M-1, F.A.C.
