    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Department is conducting a workshop for the purpose of discussing proposed changes to the administrative rule referenced above. This rulemaking will address changes that the Florida Legislature made during the 2011 and 2013 legislative sessions to Sections 290.044 through 290.0475, Florida Statutes. It will also resolve conflicts between the rule and other sections of Florida Statutes. Finally, it will make it easier for local governments to understand the application process, find information related to economic development grants, and know what is required of them if they receive funding.
