SUMMARY: This emergency rule corrects Winner Notification timeframe provisions set forth in Emergency Rule 53ER17-53, F.A.C., GameDay Cash Promotion.

53ER17-64 GameDay Cash Promotion Winner Notification Correction.

(1) This rule is intended to correct an inequity in Emergency Rule 53ER17-53, F.A.C., GameDay Cash Promotion. The following changes shall apply to the Winner Notification provisions set forth in subsection (6).  For all references in paragraphs (6)(a), (b) and (c) that set forth a notification timeframe for personal contact  between the Florida Lottery and a prizewinner, those notification timeframes, which originally extended from the date of the drawing, are hereby corrected to extend from the date the prizewinners are posted on the Florida Lottery’s website.

(2) Except as provided above, all other provisions of Emergency Rule 53ER17-53 shall remain in effect.
