The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On September 22, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation entered the Order Closing File for Vineland Family Apartments, Ltd.'s Petition for Waiver of paragraphs 67-21-0025(7)(c) and 67-21.003(1)(b), Florida Administrative Code (05/18/2021) and the Non-Competitive Application Instructions (Rev. 03-2021) and for Board Approval Pursuant to paragraph 67-21.003(8)(b) (05/18/2021).
