PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To implement the criteria and provide an application for exemption from supervision by the department of public pools serving certain homeowners' and other property associations as provided in section 514.0115(3), Florida Statutes. This rulemaking will also update the applications for exemptions under 514.0115(2).

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Exemptions under section 514.0015 for certain public pools, except for supervision necessary to ensure water quality and compliance with section 514.0315, Florida Statutes.
