SUMMARY: This emergency rule provides for the discontinuation of POWERBALL® sales as set forth in Rule 53ER14-5, F.A.C., in preparation for the POWERBALL game change on October 4, 2015.

53ER15-57 POWERBALL® Game Change.

In preparation for the POWERBALL® game change on October 4, 2015, sales for the POWERBALL game as set forth in Rule 53ER14-5, F.A.C., will be discontinued after close of game, 10:00 p.m. ET, on October 3, 2015.

THIS RULE TAKES EFFECT UPON BEING FILED WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE UNLESS A LATER TIME AND DATE IS SPECIFIED IN THE RULE.
