PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule is to implement the accountability requirements of the Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program (VPK).

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Clarifying probation status in specific circumstances that are beyond a VPK provider’s control.
