    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 30, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of subsection 67-48.002(83) F.A.C. (2017) from Clermont Ridge, Ltd. to allow Petitioner to insert another non-profit entity to satisfy the "Non-Profit" requirement that at least 25 percent of the developer fee be received by the non-profit entity with a 51 percent ownership of the general partner interest in the Petitioner.
