    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule development (OGC No. 12-1180) is to amend the above-listed rules in Chapter 62-296, F.A.C., to correct erroneous cross references, remove or amend obsolete provisions, and clarify rule language, especially where needed as a result of the intended repeal of DEP Method 9 and to revise cross-references because of the intended repeal of Rule 62-297.401 and subsections of Rule 62-297.440, F.A.C., pursuant to Executive Order 11-01 (and subsequent Executive Orders 11-72 and 11-211).
