PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To clarify maintenance requirements for electronic dental appliance prescriptions; to update the dental laboratory renewal registration form to comply with recently enacted legislation; and, to provide for acceptance of certification as a Dental Laboratory Technician as demonstration of compliance with continuing education requirements for owners and designated employees of dental laboratories.
