PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule amendments are intended to set forth citation violations and disciplinary guidelines for physician assistants for failure to consult the prescription drug monitoring system.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Additional violations which are appropriate for the issuance of a citation and disciplinary guidelines related to failure to consult the prescription drug monitoring system.
