The Department of Health, Office of Medical Marijuana Use announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: September 27, 2018, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. or until the conclusion of the hearing, whichever occurs first

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This public hearing will address the Department of Health, Office of Medical Marijuana Use’s Proposed Rule 64-4.018, titled “Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Transfer of Ownership,” and Proposed Rule 64-4.023, “Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Variance Procedure,” as noticed in the May 2, 2018, Volume 44, Number 86 edition of the Florida Administrative Register.
