NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 46 No. 175, September 8, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The Abandoned Tank Restoration Program forms were updated in response to written comments received from the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee as follows:

 

On form, 62-769.800A to request the owner’s address (versus mailing address), clarified the tangible evidence requirement, added rule reference to define a “properly closed” tank(s), and information about how to identify the tanks. On form 62-769.800B, rearranged the form for the certification portion and added that financial documentation is subject to the public records law. The revised Abandoned Tank Restoration Program Certification Form is available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-12134.
