NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 187, September 25, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Department has removed Form DR-501 from this proposed rule and made changes to paragraphs (6)(b), (15)(b), (22), (24), (26)(a) and (c), (29)(a)-(c), (30)(a), (39)(d), and (h), (57)(b), and (61)(a) of this proposed rule based on comments received from the public. A revised version of this proposed rule containing these changes is available at: http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/property/vab/draftrules.html. When adopted, these paragraphs and subsections will read as follows:
