- The rules will be amended to reduce the voting threshold for the approval of amendments to the Florida Building Code by technical advisory committees to a two-thirds vote. The triennial update process for the Code will be changed in order to conform with changes made to section 553.73, F.S., and the form used for submitting proposed amendments will be updated.
