NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 211, October 29, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The technical changes are in response to a letter from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee dated 11/6/13. Changes address clarification of the description of the document adopted by reference, and provide additional instructions for a reader to obtain a copy of the document.
When adopted, the rule will read as follows:
The boundaries of the district are those set forth in Exhibit “6” dated July 2013 and entered into the record during the August 14, 2013, administrative hearing conducted by the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH). The legal description of the boundaries of the amended district described in Exhibit “6” is hereby incorporated by reference, and available at https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-03358 and copies of which are available by contacting the Clerk of the Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission at Office of the Governor, Room 1801, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0001.
The total Village Community Development District No. 10 area = 1,588.8 acres, more or less.
