PURPOSE, EFFECT AND SUMMARY: The District is proposing to amend Section 2.1.19 of the Environmental Resource Permit Applicant's Handbook, Volume II For Use Within the Geographic Limits of the South Florida Water Management District, to incorporate the amended water quality standards of the Department of Environmental Protection, Chapters 62-4 (2/17/2016), 62-302 (2/17/2016), and 62-550, F.A.C. (7/7/2015).
