NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39 No. 53, March 18, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
Based on comments from the April 9, 2013 rule hearing and comments received from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee, the following revisions have been made to the rule and the Florida Trauma Registry Manual and Data Dictionary:
- Statutory references for rulemaking authority and laws implemented have been amended.
- The data submission extension language has been added into the Florida Trauma Registry Manual and Data Dictionary.
- The effective date of the rule has been changed from 7-1-2013 to 1-1-2014.
- Record acceptance policy rewritten to clarify expectations.
