This meeting is a regularly scheduled Cabinet meeting. The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission will consider repeal of existing rules governing the Split Pine Community Development District, specifically Rules 42TT-1.001, Establishment, 42TT-1.002, Boundary, and 42TT-1.003 Supervisors, FAC. The proposed repeal of the referenced rules, which address the inclusion of the lands of the existing Split Pine Community Development District within the boundaries of the Tolomato Community Development District, was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on December 18, 2009 (Vol. 35, No. 50). Another proposed rule action, which is separately noticed for simultaneous consideration, would expand the boundaries of the Tolomato Community Development District to include the existing Split Pine Community Development District lands – specifically, Rule 42SS-1.002, Boundary, F.A.C.
