The purpose of this rule is to incorporate by reference the Florida Title XIX County Health Department Reimbursement Plan (the Plan) effective July 1, 2011. The Plan effective July 1, 2011, includes revisions made in accordance with a request from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to specify Rule 59G-9.070, F.A.C., for the amount of late cost report sanctions; Senate Bill 2000, 2011-12 General Appropriations Act, Specific Appropriation 201 which implements a reimbursement rate reduction; and Senate Bill 2144, Section 5, 409.908(23)(a), Florida Statues, which establishes a rate freeze in reimbursement rates.
