The Department of Health, Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Program is proposing revisions to its current rules and proposing three additional rules under Chapter 64I, F.A.C. The purpose of the proposed revisions and new rules is to the clarify and add statute and rule definitions; address eligibility for and closure from the program; define services of the program; develop an order of selection; and to define services provided by a transitional living facility and requirements they must meet prior to providing services.
