The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to expand the geographic area covered by the existing rule to cover the entire Lake Okeechobee Watershed. The January 2005 version of the Water Quality/Quantity BMPs for the Indian River Area Citrus Groves document and the Water Quality/Quantity Best Management Practices for Florida Vegetable and Agronomic Crops (Edition 2005) document will be adopted by reference. Details concerning record keeping and timing of implementation of Best Management Practices will be modified.
