The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.071 is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Provider Fee Schedule for All Medicaid Recipients, __________ and the Florida Medicaid Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Provider Fee Schedule for Medicaid Recipients Under Age 21, ___________. The amendment includes four new procedure codes, rate setting for seven previously non-priced procedure codes, 14 codes changing from by-report to prior authorization, updates federally mandated procedure code description changes, and expands code descriptions.
