I am writing to invite you to a public forum in the Highlands County area on the transportation exemption plan between Florida Hospital Lake Placid and Peace River Center in Bartow Florida. This forum is in compliance with statue 394.463. The transportation exemption plan addresses mental health individuals that are fifty-five years of age or less that will be transportated to Peace River Center.
