This forum is intended for all those interested in participating in the design, construction and financing of the project. The forum will include a presentation on the project scope, procurement timeline, procurement process and financing information for the project. There will also be a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) session and an overall project presentation, including a Q&A period. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status. There will be an opportunity for interested proposer teams to participate in one-on-one meetings following the Industry Forum beginning Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at FDOT District Six, 1000 NW 111 Avenue, Miami, FL 33172. The scheduling of one-on-one meetings will also be determined by FDOT and scheduled parties will be appropriately notified. Design/Build teams can request a list of topics a minimum of seven days prior to the Industry Forum or on the same day the appointment request is made.
