The proposed rule amendments adjust current regulations by expanding the alternative mobility permit (AMP) criteria to include possession of a valid permanent disabled parking placard or a statement from a licensed physician certifying that individuals have a condition that prevents them from walking 200 feet without stopping to rest; and by allowing bows equipped with devices that mechanically hold the string in the drawn position to be allowed by disabled crossbow permit for taking game during archery season.
