The purpose of this proposed rule repeal is, in conjunction with other new rules and rule amendments being proposed at the same time, to clarify and simplify regulations relating to nuisance wildlife by removing all nuisance (destructive birds and mammals) wildlife regulations from the chapter dealing with game animals and relocating those regulations to a new Rule 68A-9.010, F.A.C., which will contain all nuisance wildlife regulations. The effect of the proposed rule change will be a clear and simplified presentation of regulations dealing with nuisance wildlife regulation.
