The Commission will convene for the purpose of standing committee meetings and the regular monthly meeting of the Florida Citrus Commission. The Commission will address issues pertaining to budget items and revisions, contracts, advertising programs, program evaluation measurements, licensing, rulemaking, and other matters addressed during monthly meetings of the Commission. The Commission may also go into closed session pursuant to the provisions of Section 286.011(8), F.S., to discuss Citrosuco, et al v. Department of Citrus, et al. The parties attending the closed session will be Benny W. Albritton, Jr., Robert M. Behr, Wesley W. Brumback, Michael L. Carrere, E. Stanley Carter, W. Cody Estes, Sr., Michael W. Haycock, Virginia S. Pena, Steven M. Smith, George H. Streetman, Michael O. Taylor, David P. Wheeler, Ken Keck, Executive Director, Hank B. Campbell, Esq., and Edwin A. Scales, III, Esq.
