Subsection (3) of Rule 12-2.022(3), F.A.C. (Public Inspection and Copying), designates the Florida Administrative Law Reporter as the Department’s official reporter for final orders, except for child support enforcement. The purpose of the proposed repeal of Rule 12-3.006, F.A.C. (Designation of Official Reporter to Publish and Index Subject Matter Relating to Agency Orders), which also designates the official reporter of the Department for its final orders, is to remove this rule that is redundant of Rule 12-2.022(3), F.A.C.
