This workshop is being held to afford affected property owners and interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning the potential design and construction of traffic noise barriers associated with Financial Project ID: 197534-4, otherwise known as the US 27 Widening Project, from Barry Road north to US 192, Polk County, Florida. Input is requested from property owners adjacent to the proposed noise barriers regarding their support for, or opposition to, construction of the proposed traffic noise barriers and their preference regarding color and texture of the residential side of the proposed noise barriers.
