There will be an opportunity for public input on the intention to amend the District’s fiscal year (FY) 2010 budget as follows: Increase the FY2010 Peace River Basin budget by $121,830 from $11,307,353 to $11,429,183 to include unanticipated revenue from the Water Protection and Sustainability Trust Fund for the Charlotte County Regional Reclaimed Water Expansion project. Increase the FY2010 General Fund budget by $121,830 from $152,825,395 to $152,947,225 to include unanticipated revenue from the Water Protection and Sustainability Trust Fund for the Charlotte County Regional Reclaimed Water Expansion project. The proposed budget amendment will increase the District’s FY2010 combined budget by $243,660 from $298,887,497 to $299,131,157, and will not impact the District or Basin millage or ad valorem property taxes (Ad Order 55970).
