To remove provisions specific to Emergency Rule 6AER21-02. Rule 6A-6.0951, F.A.C., was implemented as a result of the Hope Scholarship Program being established pursuant to section 1002.40, Florida Statutes. During the 2021-22 School Year, Executive Order 21-175 was put into effect, which laid the ground work for Emergency Rule 6AER21-02, which provided a mechanism to transfer a child to a private school or another school district under a Hope Scholarship when a student is subjected to harassment in response to a school district’s COVID-19 mitigation protocols. Emergency Rule 6AER21-02 has since expired. Rule 6A-6.0951, F.A.C., must be updated accordingly as well as the IEPC-HS1 Hope Scholarship Notification Form.
