This notice corrects the notice of public hearing published in Vol. 33, No. 20, May 18, 2007 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly. The location for the public hearing requested by Tampa Bay Water pursuant to paragraph 120.54(3)(c), F.S., regarding the District’s proposed Rule 40D-8.041, F.A.C., published in Vol. 32, No.1, January 6, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly to establish minimum flows for the freshwater segment of the Alafia River, has been changed from Brooksville to the place described above. A notice of change in attempt to correct the location of the public hearing was published in Vol. 33, No. 40, October 5, 2007 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
