The Department of Revenue announces that the approval of the proposed amendments to Communications Services Tax new Rule 12A-19.080, F.A.C. (Distribution Adjustments Resulting From Misallocations of Tax), previously scheduled for September 29, 2009, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet are being rescheduled for October 27, 2009, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet. A Notice of Proposed Rule was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on August 7, 2009 (Vol. 35, No. 31, pp. 3698-3700). No changes have been made to the proposed rule amendments.
