The purpose of this hearing is to permit parties to present testimony and exhibits relative to the arbitration of certain terms and conditions of interconnection in the dockets named above and for such other purposes as the Commission may deem appropriate. All witnesses shall be subject to cross- examination at the conclusion of their testimony on the issues identified by the parties at the prehearing conference held on Wednesday, November 10, 2010. EMERGENCY CANCELLATION OF HEARING: If settlement of the case or a named storm or other disaster requires cancellation of the proceedings, Commission staff will attempt to give timely direct notice to the parties.
