The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-13.081, Florida Administrative Code, is to incorporate by reference the Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table, __________________. The amendment updates rates for the following services: life skills development, personal supports, private duty nursing, residential habilitation, residential nursing, skilled nursing, and respite. Additionally, the amendment removes occupational therapy-assessment and physical therapy-assessment. They are replaced with occupational therapy evaluation and physical therapy evaluation. Enhanced intensive behavioral residential habilitation-day and month services have been added.
