Presentation of the Department’s Tentative Work Program for Fiscal Years beginning July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2013. These Public Hearings are being conducted pursuant to Section 339.135(4)(c), Florida Statutes, to consider the Department’s Tentative Work Program for the period 2008-2009 through 2012-2013, and to consider the necessity of making any changes to the Department’s Tentative Work Program. The proposed improvements have been developed in accordance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Civil Rights Act of 1968.
