NOTE: In the event a quorum of the Committee is not available for the business meeting at the date, time and place set forth above, the Committee shall meet on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, 8 a.m. at District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street (Hwy 100 West), Palatka, FL 32177. One or more Governing Board members may attend and participate in the meetings by means of communications media technology.
