The purpose and effect of these amendments to the District’s procedural rules is to provide that environmental resource permits and other authorizations issued pursuant to the Statewide Environmental Resource Permit Rules, Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., are processed in accordance with those rules, and the various provisions of Chapter 40D-1 that concern environmental resource permits and other related authorizations are limited to permits and authorizations issued prior to October 1, 2013 or grandfathered projects.
