Additionally, the Volunteer and Employee Criminal History System (VECHS) Qualified Entity Application was recently updated. The change reflects the current version of the VECHS Qualified Entity Application. 11C-6.009: Amended to reflect the current ATF 4473 form (10/2016) and expand options for a licensed firearm dealer to pay his or her monthly invoice. 11C-6.010: Amend Law Implemented section to add statutes that authorize fingerprint retention.
