During the 2017 legislative session, Section 1002.332, Florida Statutes, was amended to allow a high-performing charter school system to replicate its high-performing charter schools using a standard application prepared by the Department of Education. The proposed amendment adopts and incorporates two new forms: Form HPS1- Model Florida Charter School Application High-Performing Charter School System Replication and Form HPS2- Model Florida Charter School Application High-Performing Charter School System Replication Evaluation Instrument.
