The subject area that will be addressed is the Department’s distribution of support collections, to include: the method for determining a collection or refund to be undistributable to the final intended recipient; use of location resources to locate persons due a support collection or refund; the method for determining a collection to be unidentifiable; and, the process for a parent to reclaim support collections declared to be undistributable or unidentifiable. The Department encourages interested parties to submit written comments or other material that might assist the Department in revising the distribution and disbursement rule.
