Pursuant to Section 509.215, Florida Statutes, a hearing was conducted by the Historic Task Force on September 12, 2013, to consider a system of fire protection and lifesafety support necessary for a public lodging establishment known as Sadigo Court South Beach, 334 20th Street, Miami Beach, Florida. A decision on the matter was deferred at that time. The purpose of the October 14, 2013, meeting is for the task force members to vote on the petition of Sadigo Court for special provisions consideration under Section 509.215(4), Florida Statutes.
