Section 393.0662, F.S., requires that the agency develop and implement a comprehensive redesign of the service delivery system using individual budgets as the basis for allocating the funds appropriated for the home and community-based services Medicaid waiver program among eligible enrolled clients. The service delivery system shall be called the iBudget system. These rules will implement those requirements. iBudget program for the delivery of the home and community based services Medicaid waiver program to clients with developmental disabilities.
