: Pursuant to section 287.042(1)(b), F.S., the Department is authorized to remove any source of supply which fails to fulfill any of its duties specified in a contract with the state from its vendor list, and may reinstate any such source of supply when it is satisfied that further instances of default will not occur. Rule 60A-1.006, F.A.C., prescribed the procedures for such removal. Chapter 2021-225, Laws of Florida, created section 287.1351, F.S., which contains the prerequisites and procedures for placing and removing vendors on or from the suspended vendors list. Rule 60A-1.006, F.A.C., is no longer necessary.
