The Department’s Public Hearings are being conducted pursuant to Section 339.135(4)(c), Florida Statutes, as amended. The purpose of the Public Hearings is to consider the Department’s Tentative Five Year Work Program for Fiscal Year’s 2010/2011 through 2014/2015 and consider making any changes to the Program. Some of the Public Hearings also will include consideration of proposed projects for the Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. Written comments or questions from all interested parties will be accepted by the Department at the Public Hearings and for a period of ten days after the Public Hearings. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
