These rules require safety planning; establish the conditions when safety plans must be developed; identify what must occur at a case transfer conference; clarify when a diligent search must begin and notification requirements; require ongoing family functioning assessments; establish case management responsibilities after case transfer; establish a priority order of least intrusive options; sets forth when a behavior plan is required; establish procedures for missing children; and incorporate a Partnership Plan.
