PURPOSE: To permit parties to present testimony and exhibits relative to the petition for increased water and wastewater rates by Aqua Utilities, Florida, and for such other purposes as the Commission may deem appropriate, All witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination at the conclusion of their testimony on the issues identified by the parties the the prehearing conference held on December 1, 2008.
