This is a meeting of the Trustees of the SBA to obtain approval to file Rule 19-8.010, F.A.C., Reimbursement Contract, and Rule 19-8.029, F.A.C., Insurer Reporting Requirements and Responsibilities, for Notice of Proposed Rule and to file these rules, along with the incorporated forms, for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a hearing or if a hearing is requested and no Notice of Change is needed. The meeting will also request approval of a resolution regarding the termination of emergency assessment remittances and reporting by the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office and certain other entities. In addition, other general business may be addressed.
