Presentation of the Department’s Tentative Work Program for Fiscal Years beginning July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2015. These Public Hearings are being conducted pursuant to Section 339.135(4)(c), Florida Statutes, to consider the Department’s Tentative Work Program for the period 2010/2011 through 2014/2015, and to consider the necessity of making any changes to the Department’s Tentative Work Program. Written comments from the Commissions and other interested parties will be received by the Department at the public hearings and through Thursday, December 31, 2009.
